Founder & National Director
Marco Roxas is a multi-talented creative professional and visionary leader whose work spans marketing, media, entertainment, and purpose-driven advocacy. As the Founder and National Director of The USA Crown, he is redefining modern pageantry, bringing together the power of representation, storytelling, and leadership development for women across the country.
His work in entertainment, Marco has led successful marketing campaigns and events for major companies, nonprofits, and global initiatives. His experience blends performance with purpose, offering a unique and heartfelt approach to pageantry that is both empowering and impactful.
In Addition, his background as a professional performer and model, Marco has graced stages and campaigns, cultivating a strong sense of presence, confidence, and creative expression. He has worked with top productions and brands, and brings that same standard of excellence, polish, and artistry into every facet of The USA Crown.
Inspired by his Filipino-American heritage and a deep commitment to visibility and equity, Marco created The USA Crown to be more than just a pageant; it’s a platform where women can embrace their voice, mission, and power. Under his direction, the competition uplifts a new generation of titleholders who are driven by purpose and meaningfully made.
